Stadium Boosters Auction Rules

• All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. Descriptions and values have been provided by the donors. The SHS Booster Club has attempted to describe and catalog all items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of items. All items are offered “as is.” No statement made in this catalog, the online catalog site, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed such warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
• All persons bidding on live or silent auction items are thereby agreeing to pay for the item if they win the bid. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from Stadium High School, the Stadium High School Booster Club, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer, the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
• All items must be picked up on 4/28/24. The successful bidder is responsible for the removal of their items unless otherwise stated in the rules or item descriptions.
• Unless otherwise noted, all goods, services, certificates, gift cards, etc. must be claimed and used within 1 year of auction date.
• Stadium Boosters is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (Federal Tax ID# 23-7124012). Auction payments are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution only to the extent provided by law.
• The Stadium High School Boosters Club reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
• Bidders must be 18 years of age and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
• All bids and purchases are final. Once you have placed and confirmed a bid and/or purchase your bid and/or purchase cannot be retracted or canceled.
• During check-in, all guests are encouraged to register a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. After your card is vaulted, you are ready to go and join the party. If you have made purchases, your card will be charged automatically. Receipts will be sent to all bidders within 10 business days, after the event.
